As the Clinical Strategy Manager for Provider Product at Headway, you will play a critical role in shaping our provider-facing technology by embedding clinical expertise into the product development lifecycle. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Customer Experience teams to ensure our tools are safe, compliant, and designed to promote patient safety, clinical quality, and provider engagement.
You’ll build and lead our telehealth operations from the ground up, setting the foundation for scalable, compliant, high-impact care delivery. Key responsibilities include designing and launching a scalable telehealth practice that enables community-based organizations to deliver and bill for CHW services. You will build workflows, compliance infrastructure, staffing models and documentation protocols aligned with state and federal requirements.
This role is responsible for supporting process improvement and dispute resolution in the Oscar payment integrity environment. The Specialist reviews, investigates, and resolves provider disputes related to claims, payments, contract terms, etc. This is accomplished by leveraging a deep understanding of Oscar’s claim and payment integrity infrastructure.
